Refund Policy

We want you to love your Great South Babe gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items: Final sale items, stickers, and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return: Email us at greatsouthbabe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
