REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Great South Babe gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items, stickers, and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return Email us at greatsouthbabe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
